How much does a typical project cost?
Most engagements fall between $5,000 and $50,000. Small automations start around $5K; full ERP and AI platforms land at $25K+. We quote fixed prices after discovery so you know the number before signing.
How long until we see something working?
A working prototype inside 14 days. Full delivery ranges 4–12 weeks depending on scope — weekly demos from sprint one, so you're never guessing.
What's your stack?
Python (Django, FastAPI), TypeScript (Next.js, React), Flutter for mobile, PostgreSQL for data. For AI we use the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs plus custom fine-tuned models where it matters. We choose what fits the problem, not what's trending.
Do you support the system after launch?
Every project ships with 30 days of free support. After that, clients can move to a monthly retainer for monitoring, enhancements, and priority response — or take the codebase fully in-house. Both are supported.
What if we don't love what you build?
Milestones are approved before they're invoiced. If the work misses spec, we fix it — and if we can't, you don't pay that milestone. The weekly demo cadence means surprises are caught early, not after launch.
Can you work alongside our existing systems?
Yes. Most engagements involve integrating with existing tools — Salesforce, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, custom legacy systems. We audit what you have and design solutions that extend it rather than force a rip-and-replace.
