Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SplendorSystems ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our CRM platform (the "Service"). It also explains the choices you have about your data, including how to request its deletion.
Our Service integrates with the Facebook / Meta platform to help businesses manage their customer relationships. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as your name, email address, and password.
- Business and contact information you enter into the CRM.
- Messages and support requests you send to us.
Information from Facebook / Meta
When you connect a Facebook account, Page, or Business asset, we may access and store the following data through the official Meta APIs, only with your permission:
- Your basic public profile (name, profile picture, and account ID).
- Pages you manage and their basic metadata.
- Leads, messages, comments, and conversations associated with the Pages you connect.
- Customer contact details contained in the above (for example, names, emails, and phone numbers submitted through lead forms).
We only request the permissions strictly required to provide CRM features you have enabled. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information collected automatically
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to secure the Service.
2. How we use your information

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in these limited cases:
- Service providers — trusted vendors (such as hosting and email providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- With your consent — when you direct us to share specific information.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers and protected with industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups. While no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a Facebook integration or close your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
