Our Service integrates with the Facebook / Meta platform to help businesses manage their customer relationships. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information from Facebook / Meta

When you connect a Facebook account, Page, or Business asset, we may access and store the following data through the official Meta APIs, only with your permission:

• Your basic public profile (name, profile picture, and account ID).
• Pages you manage and their basic metadata.
• Leads, messages, comments, and conversations associated with the Pages you connect.
• Customer contact details contained in the above (for example, names, emails, and phone numbers submitted through lead forms).

We only request the permissions strictly required to provide CRM features you have enabled. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Information collected automatically

• Log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
• Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the CRM Service.
• To display and organize your Facebook leads, messages, and contacts inside the CRM.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in these limited cases:

• Service providers — trusted vendors (such as hosting and email providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
