Your business,
one system.
A no-code business operating system. Build custom modules, import data with AI, and generate pivot reports — without writing code or hiring developers. Free for small teams.
Spreadsheets broke. Enterprise software overshot.
Every business we work with sits on the same fault line: their real operations run on a pile of spreadsheets stitched together by someone who left two years ago. The obvious fix — a real ERP or CRM — is a six-figure project no one has time for, and the platforms people actually buy force the business to bend around the software.
Splendor OS is the middle path. Build the modules you actually need — inventory, invoices, requests, timesheets, whatever — as if you were making spreadsheets, but with real permissions, audit trails, AI-assisted data entry, and dashboards that don't break when someone renames a tab.
The goal isn't to replace every tool you own. It's to replace the ones that shouldn't have been tools in the first place.
Four capabilities, one platform.
Opinionated enough to be usable on day one, flexible enough to not hit a wall in year two.
Build custom modules — without code.
Define your own entities, fields, and relationships from a visual editor. Inventory, contacts, tickets, contracts, field visits — whatever your business actually tracks. Each module gets real CRUD views, filtering, permissions, and audit trails for free.
- —Fields for text, number, date, file, relation, and formula
- —Row-level permissions by role or team
- —Full activity log on every change
Drop a messy file. Get clean data.
Paste a CSV, upload an Excel, or drag in a PDF invoice — the AI importer reads the structure, suggests field mappings, flags conflicts, and lets you approve before anything lands in your database.
- —Auto-detect headers, types, and relations
- —Fuzzy-match to existing records (no duplicates)
- —Dry-run preview before you commit
Answer questions without writing SQL.
Group, filter, and pivot data from any module. Save a view as a dashboard widget, schedule it as an email digest, or export to CSV.
- —Cross-module joins with one click
- —Saved views per user and team
- —Email digests on schedule or threshold
Enterprise guardrails out of the box.
Every module, field, and action is governed by roles, teams, and row-level rules. Every change gets logged.
- —Role-based access control per module
- —Row-level visibility rules
- —Immutable audit log with diff view
- —SSO / SAML for paid tiers
If you recognize this, it's for you.
Operators on spreadsheet island
The ops team runs on fifteen Google Sheets. Someone accidentally overwrites a formula every other week. You've considered Airtable but the pricing balloons at scale and the reports are weak.
Teams outgrowing off-the-shelf tools
HubSpot, Zoho, or a generic CRM worked for the first year. Now your workflow has branched into three specialized use cases the platform won't let you configure without forking over for Enterprise.
Post-founders building a real back office
You're past the scrappy phase but not big enough to justify a $200K ERP implementation. You need something proper — permissions, audit, reporting — that a non-engineer on your team can actually run.
One rule.
Every workspace starts free. If you outgrow the free allowance, you pay only for the exact amount that goes over. No tiers, no seats, no commitments.
What every workspace gets.
All features are available from day one — reports, workflows, line items, Excel import/export, AI setup. The free allowance isn't a crippled demo; it's the real product.
Add a card. Pay only for the overage.
Only the exact amount over the free line is billed, at these rates.
The workspace stays usable but stops accepting new records at 10,000. Nothing is deleted, nothing is lost.
$100 / month by default — adjustable. You set the maximum; we never charge above it.
Sara's shop — one month's bill.
15,000 records, 8 team members, 12 modules, 200 AI credits this month.
Well under her $100 cap. If Sara drops usage next month, her bill goes to $0 automatically — no downgrade, no cancellation.
Free up to 10,000 records, 5 users, 10 modules, 100 AI credits / month. Past that, pay only for the extra — capped at whatever you set. That's the whole pricing.
Either, both, or neither — you build the modules that match your business. Most teams start by building the three or four things they were already tracking in spreadsheets, and grow from there.
Airtable is a flexible database; Notion is a flexible doc. Splendor OS is an opinionated operating system on top of a database — with governance, audit trails, AI-assisted data flow, and reporting designed for business operations.
Yes. Every module exports to CSV, JSON, or SQL dump on demand. The Business tier can be self-hosted if you need to own the database. We don't do vendor lock-in.
Reads arbitrary CSV/Excel/PDF input, proposes field mappings, resolves likely duplicates against existing records, and previews the result before committing. It never writes to your database without your sign-off.
We do — SplendorSystems. The product started as a tool we kept rebuilding for client engagements: operators needed a flexible internal system, and generic ERPs kept missing. So we productized it.
