Splendor started in 2019 when we watched a finance team lose three days to a 40-tab Excel consolidation that should have taken an hour. The tooling existed — they owned two ERPs — but none of it fit the way the business actually worked.

We rewrote their close process as a small custom platform. It paid for itself inside a quarter. Then their logistics team asked. Then a retailer we knew. Then a bank. Seven years later, we're still doing the same work — just with a bigger team and sharper tools.
