User Data Deletion

SplendorSystems lets you delete the data our CRM platform holds about you at any time, including any data obtained through the Facebook / Meta integration. This page explains exactly how to do that and what happens afterward.
Step 1 — Remove the app's access on Facebook
If you connected your Facebook account, first revoke our app's access so no new data is collected:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Business Integrations (or "Apps and Websites").
- Find SplendorSystems in the list and click Remove.
Step 2 — Request deletion of stored data
To have the data we have already stored permanently erased, send us a deletion request using either method below:
Option A — Email us
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- The name and email address associated with your account, and
- The Facebook account or Page name you connected (if any).
Option B — Delete in-app
If you have an active account, sign in and go to Settings → Account → Delete my data. Confirming there will queue your account and all connected data for permanent deletion.
Step 3 — What we delete
Once we verify your request, we permanently delete the following from our systems:
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- All Facebook-sourced data we stored — profile information, Pages, leads, messages, comments, and contacts.
- Any customer records and notes you created in the CRM.
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any data we are legally required to keep (for example, for tax or accounting purposes), in anonymized form where possible.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once your data has been deleted.
